Shapemaster® Toning Tables: Here at the gym we have 7 toning tables and two Power Plates® (vibrating platforms). These tables are ideally suited to those people who are perhaps new to exercise, recovering from injury or maybe just not quite ready for the gym experience. The Power Plate is an electrical vibrating device that can be used for a wide range of exercises. Its main purpose is to vibrate waves of energy throughout the body. These vibrations activate muscle contractions multiple times per second, enhancing overall performance in sessions as short as 15 minutes a day, 3 times a week. We have two trained members off staff, who are always on hand to advise and make sure the correct procedures are applied.
