Bob´s story Hola! My name is Bob Soutar and I am 66 years of age. I have been a client/member of the Heartbeat Gymnasium since November 2004. Under the auspices of the owners and management Jonathan and Kai, the fitness suite and equipment are constantly being appraised and updated to a high degree of standard and professionalism. On a personal note: I have been encouraged and advised on training methods by Jon and Kai to meet my needs and advancing age (wrinkly). Currently I am nearing my second million metres on the Concept 2 Rower MK2, and I hope to represent the Heartbeat Gym in the San sebastian Concept 2 Rowing Competition for the second time in November 2009.
