In Heartbeat International Gym we offer the following classes:








Kick Boxing
Every tuesday and thursday at 4 pm. with our ex-British Champion, Wayne Smith. Suitable for all ages and all levels of fitness.

Body Sculpt
Tone and condition all the major muscle groups in your body while burning fat.
This class uses hand-held weights for a wide variety of exercises.

Supple Strength
Improve flexibility, mobility and posture while balancing the body and mind.
This class uses elements of Yoga, Pilates and Tai Chi.

Aerobics
Increase cardiovascular fitness and burn calories and fat with easy to follow, low-impact routines.
